No Refunds Policy

We get it—life happens. But due to the nature of our services and scheduling, we do not offer refunds for lessons, memberships, events, or other purchases.

If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within our policies. All sales are final, and any missed lessons or events are non-refundable.

Any refunds or account credits are subject to the refund and cancellation policy of the Barn, Arena or Boarding using the EC Pro system. EC Pro US, as a service provider to Angie Hughes Horsemanship, does not issue refunds on behalf of Angie Hughes Horsemanship.

Please contact the Barn, Arena or Boarding directly. Angie Hughes Horsemanship is the Merchant of record for all transactions and is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. If dissatisfied with their complaints or refund procedure, you may seek further action.
